At the Translational Mechanomedicine Laboratory, our overarching mission is to pioneer integrative solutions for musculoskeletal aging by bridging fundamental mechanobiology with advanced bioelectronic engineering. Operating at the convergence of biological discovery, preclinical diagnostics, and proactive therapeutics, our research spans the entire translational spectrum. We seek to elucidate the complex cross-organ communication of skeletal networks, engineer AI-integrated flexible sensors to continuously predict and monitor physiological decline, and develop smart, closed-loop mechanotherapeutics to actively restore structural and neuromotor function. By decoding and harnessing the body's intrinsic physical and biological signals, we are dedicated to translating interdisciplinary innovations into clinical technologies that combat age-related degeneration and extend human healthspan.
